The School
As part of their religious education they memorise the core prayers that monks and nuns should know by heart. They also study Tibetan and English language, and have general studies that includes mathematics, geography, and general science.
There are plans to build a school for the young monks at Sherab Ling. It will include classrooms, dormitories and a hall for assembly which will also be used by the Health Clinic for physio-therapeutic exercises and health programs.
